Foster Cecil Fisher, 76, of Attica, former city council member and chief inspector at Harrison Steel Casting Co., died at 6 a. m. Friday, Oct. 25, 1957 in Williamsport Community Hospital, where he had been a patient since Oct. 14.
Mr. Fisher had been, employed at Harrison 47 years and served two terms on the council.
He was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church and was a 50-year member of the International Order of Odd Fellows.
He was born Jan. 15, 1881, in Parke County, son of Edmund and Martha Hickson Fisher, and was married Aug. 3, 1902 to the former Captolia Miller who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Hoag and Mrs. Kathryn Hatton, both of Attica, Mrs. Pauline Benson of San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Edna Painet of Tipton.  - jz
