Paul T. Finnan, Hammond barber died yesterday at 9:30 p.m. in his home, 609 Thornton Street. Death was caused suddenly by a heart ailment. Finnan was 70 years old. He was a resident of Hammond for 19 years and employed in the Jack Mathews barber shop in Sibley street. The deceased was a member of the Barbers’ local union. The wife, Belle, daughter Mrs. Alora Haas of Hammond and three grandchildren survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday in Covington, Ind. The body may be viewed tonight until funeral time in the home. - kbz
