Notice is hereby given that I will expose to sale at public auction on Friday the 24th day of March 1848 at the late residence of Joseph Ferguson deceased all the personal property of said deceased consisting of 1 horse; 2 cows; 12 sheep a lot of hogs, corn in the crib, some oats in the sheaf, hay in the stack, farming utensils, household furniture & c. A credit of twelve months will be given on all sales of $3 and over. The purchaser giving his note with approved security. WW Ferguson, Admn.
