Edmund Ferguson, 51, died Saturday evening, Feb. 1, 1958, at his home in Bloomingdale, Ind. He had been ill about six months with a heart ailment.
Born in Decker, Ind., Oct. 11, 1906, he was the son of George and Mary Messel Ferguson. On Dec. 6, 1927, he was married to the former Etoral Hankins who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dale Richardson of Covington Rural Rt. and Mrs. Harry Sneath of Brazil, Ind.; two sons, Ed. Edmund E. Ferguson of Rockville Rt, 4 and Dennis, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Ferguson of Veedersburg; two brothers, Dr. Royce Ferguson and Herb Ferguson, both of Veedersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Harold Hannah of Covington, Mrs. Ross Harper of Veedersburg and Mrs. James Woodworth of Greenfield, Ind. and eight grandchildren.
Two sons preceded him in death.
A farmer, Mr. Ferguson was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Rockville.
Requiem Mass was at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Church at Rockville, with the Rev. Fr. Gardner officiating. Burial was in Memory Garden at Rockville. - jz
