CHURCHILL, Tenn. — Keith C. Fenters, 78, Churchill, Tenn., formerly of Covington died Friday morning, Sept. 10, 1999 at his residence. He was a retired government civil service employee and was employed at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Danville, Ill. He was a veteran of the Army in World War II. He was a 1938 Covington High School graduate. His body will be cremated and a memorial service will be at a later date in Covington. – jlr
