FAULKNER, Estella Myrtle Carman

Estella Myrtle Faulkner passed away at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, 1960, in Our Lady of Mercy Hospital, Dyer, Ind.,  where she had been a patient about 10 days.
She was born January 26th, 1869 in Montgomery County, Ind, the daughter of Isaac and Mary Anne McGee Carman.
On August 22, 1896, she was united in marriage to Dr. J.P. Shepherd.  To this union were born two children, Annietta and
John, the latter having been killed in an accident when a youngster.
In 1924 she married Dr. A. S. Faulkner of Waynetown, who preceded her in death.
For the past 15 years she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Annietta Carpenter of Dyer, and who survives with one sister, Mrs. Zelma Marson of Farmington, Mich.; 4 grandsons, and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Waynetown Christian Church and a charter member of the Flower Lovers Club of Waynetown.
Funeral services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Crumley Funeral Home at Hillsboro with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.  - jz
