Lawrence Fairfield, 58 of Riverside, Calif., a native of Crawfordsville, died Wednesday at San Bernardino, Calif., of an apparent heart attack. He was a hospital employee, a veteran of World War II, and was educated in Crawfordsville schools. He was a son of Harry and Goldie Madison Fairfield. Surviving are two sons, David of San Bernardino and Michael of Hawaii; two brothers, Lloyd of Riverside and Robert of Crawfordsville; a sister Mrs. Catherin Roach of Crawfordsville and four grandchildren. A sister is deceased. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the North Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at Powers Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Sunday. smc
