Mrs. Cora Cole, 88, of 932 Wakeley, died at 4 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 16, 1971) at her home. She was a former resident of State Line, Ind. She was born Aug. 8, 1883, in Summerset, Ky., the daughter of G. H. and Sands Button Brewington. She was married on Nov. 30, 1908, in Danville to Holland Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers. She is survived by three sons, Revel in Titusville, Fla., Ross of State Line, Ind., and Marvin of Danville; and by three grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Lakeside Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Don Goodwin officiating. Burial will be in Atherton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Friday. - jlr
