COFFING, Kennith Margaret Diehl - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

 Mrs. Kenneth Diehl Coffing died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette Friday, February 5. For the last five years she had been a resident of the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Home in Lafayette.

  She was born west of Newtown July 18, 1903, the daughter of Raymond and Grace Nine Diehl and was married to Lloyd Coffing of Covington on August 14, 1920. He died June 15, 1960. Their married life was spent in Hammond and Lowell.

  Survivors include two brothers, Ray Diehl Jr. of Hammond and Dowe Diehl of Ellenton, Florida; and a cousin, Mrs. Martha Diehl Bowles of Newtown.

  Services were held at Bocken Funeral Home in Hammond Monday with burial in the Gary Cemetery. – thanks so much to “S”
