COFFING, Ferman - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Covington (1946) – Ferman A. Coffing, 61, lifelong resident of the Covington community died in an Evansville hospital Monday evening. The body was returned to Covington for funeral services Wednesday at Crumley Funeral Home with Rev. AR Meyer of the Attica Nazarene church officiating. Burial was made in the Osborne Prairie cemetery. Mr. Coffing was the son of Abner and Elizabeth Zeigler Coffing. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Laveta Gnaden of Alvin and Mrs. Helen Burr of Newtown; two sons, Oakley of Alvin and David of Newtown – kbz.
