COBB, Frances - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica, Aug 27 – Mrs. Frances P. Cobb, 80, widow of William Cobb died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ray Talbott, east of Attica, after an illness of 9 months. Born in Warren County, she was married Sept 20, 1888 to Mr. Cobb who died in 1926.  She was a member of the Free Methodist Church.  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Clarice Oliver, St. Louis, Mrs. Abe Beedle and Mrs. Talbott, Attica with three sisters, Mrs. Marion Allenduff, Lafayette, Mrs. Rex Cook of Wisconsin, and Mrs. Henry Weigle, Attica. Body at Talbott Home for services at 2:00 Tuesday in the Free Methodist Church, lying in state there an hour. Ferguson Funeral Home. - kbz
