The death of Charles CLOUD one of Thorntown's best known residents occurred Thursday morning at 3:30 at the home of his sister, Mrs. Mary Cosand. His death was caused from an attack of lagrippe with which he suffered 10 days. He had been an invalid 8 years and 5 years was confined to an invalid's chair. Charles Cloud was the son of Joseph and Martha Cloud, both deceased until 8 years ago was engaged in the dry goods business which had been established by his father. Funeral at the Church SE of Wallace Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 bieng conducted by Rev. Hunt; burial in Cemetery adjoining the church.
