CLORE, Mary Rowena Finch - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

HILLSBORO, Ind. (CNS) — Mrs. Rowena Clore, 71, of Hillsboro, died Sunday (April 9, 1972) at the Vermillion County Hospital. She had been ill a year. Born July 17, 1900, in Jamestown, she was the daughter of E. Perle and Rachel E. Finch. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and Cain Township Home Ec Club. She formerly was a member of the Fern Chapter Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Martin (Irene) Bodine of Park Ridge, Ill.; two sons, Keith of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Richard of Waynetown; two sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Jane Burroughs of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Charles Bellen of Hillsboro; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home. The Rev. Bertha Knox will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
