CLORE, Leon - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Leon L. Clore of Stump Road, RR 1, Perkasie, died suddenly at his home Saturday at the age of 65.  He had lived in New Britain Twp for 17 years and prior to that in Westwood, Mass.  An engineering graduate of Carnegie Tech, Pittsburgh, Mr. Clore was president of the Mid-Atlantic Machine Company, Ardmore, a post he had held for the past 12 years. Born in Waveland, Ind (sic – he was born in Fountain County – Birth Record H-5 p 31 – parents Otha and Carrie Fink) the son of the late Otha and Carrie Fink, he is survived by his wife, Virginia Grafton, a son, William B. Chalfont; a daughter, Mrs. Arlys Lippincott, Ambler, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were today at the Reed Funeral Home, Doylestown.
