Kingman – Betty Clodfelder, 59, Kingman died at 7:40 p.m. Jan 5, 1992 at Covington Manor Health Center. She had been a patient for two years. She was born Jan 25, 1932 at Fountain County, the daughter of Franklin and Very Abernathy Riley. She was married to David Clodfelder, May 28, 1949 at Newport. He survives. She was a life resident of Fountain County. She was formerly employed at Coffing Brothers Orchard and Covington Ben Franklin. She was a member of Cates Community Church. Surviving besides the husband are two sons, David, Jr, Covington; Alan, Covington; a daughter, Karen Sanderson, Kingman; four sisters, Sylvia Pritchard, Kingman; Beverly VanSickle, Waynetown; Kay Mann, Frankfort; Peggy Davis, Dayton; three brothers, Larry Riley, Advance; Paul and Ronnie, Frankfort; 88 grandchildren; one grandchildren; several aunts, uncle and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Jim. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington with Rev. Phillip Summerford officiating. Burial will be in Coal Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the funeral hom.. –-- kbz
