Miss Oral Claypool, a young school teacher, died Monday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Morris Young, several miles east of Covington. She came here this summer to visit her sister and CA Brown gave her a school in this township but before school commenced she was taken sick with peritonitis and was never able to teach. Miss Lucile Harlow opened the school and acted as a substitute. The body was taken to Saybrook, Ill, her old home on Wednesday morning. –- kbz
