WAYNETOWN — Jack R. Clawson, 68,
Waynetown, died at 10:20 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2000 in his home. He was born
April 22, 1932 in Veedersburg, the son of James A. and Stella Flo Sheets
Clawson. His ex-wife is Donna Day Clawson, Crawfordsville. Survivors, besides
the ex-wife, include: a son, Michael Clawson, Crawfordsville; three daughters,
Connie LaFoe, Crawfordsville and Linda Fultz and Brenda Clawson, both of
Waynetown; four brothers, Billy Clawson and Dale Clawson, both of Veedersburg,
Robert Clawson, Cape Coral, Fla., and Jerry Clawson, Danville, Ill.; and six
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers. The
body will be cremated and there will be a graveside service at 2. p.m. Saturday
in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Wilkey officiating. Military
honors will be provided by the Crawfordsville American Legion. The family will
receive friends at the Waynetown Merchants Building immediately following the
graveside service. Shoemaker Funeral Home, Waynetown, is in charge of
