James Edgar Clark, Jr. 58, of Kingman died Monday in Vermillion County Hospital after a heart attack Friday. He was formerly employed by Alcoa in Lafayette. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Clark was born in Parke County Feb 5, 1933 to James Edgar Sr. and Mabel Barker Clark. He married Betty Doss on June 9, 1951. She survives. Survivors include a daughter, Audrey Abbott of Williamsburg; three sisters, Helena Crowde rof Bloomingdale; Mildred Blacketer of Iowa and Leoma Harvey of Kingman; one granddaughter and nieces and nephews.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday at Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman with Kenneth Majors officiating. Burial will follow in Rush Creek Cemetery near Tangier. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
