Attica - Funeral services for Freeman William Clark, age 56, of Oxford, a former Attica resident, were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the DeSutter Funeral Home here. The Rev. James Nealeigh officiated and burial was in the Riverside Cemetery at Attica. Mr. Clark died at 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, enroute to the Community Hospital at Williamsport. He was born May 28, 1908, in Marion, Ill., and he was an auto body repairman. He was married in Chicago in 1928 to Loretta Knowling, who preceded him in death in 1956. He was married Sept. 24, 1962 to Iva May Harper, who survives. Other survivors include: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Clark of Pittsburg, Ill.; one son, Arthur of Attica; one daughter, Virginia Clark of West Lafayette; five brothers; three sisters; and three grandchildren.
