CHARTERS, Henry - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Henry CHARTERS, formerly of Waynetown passed away at his home in Wheeler, MI Friday evening Feb 19 at 5:20 o'clock at the age of 60. He was twice married, a first wife, Mary Freeman died several years ago. He was again, married to Miss Bessie Francis of this city, 15 years ago. Besides his wife, he leaves one little daughter, Wilma Jean, 6 years old, a stepson Earl Freeman, of Lafayette; a sister, Elsie Troutman of Mountain, WI; a half brother, Sanford Morrison of California; 5 nieces and nephews; other relatives and host of friends. A sister-in-law Mrs. Ed Bean and a nice, Miss Gertrude Troutman of this city. A half brother, Andrew Morrison preceded him in death a few years ago. Deceased was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Wheeler, Michigan and was a fine Christian gentleman, a loving father and affectionate husband. - kbz
