CHAPMAN, M.V. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. MV Chapman after a ten day illness from paralysis died at her home in Attica Monday morning.  At the time of her death she was about 52 years old and was born in this county near the Small place in Warren township.  She was the daughter of Henry and Emily Rhodes.  In 1871 she was united in marriage to MV Chapman with whom she lived until death.  She was an ardent Christian and a member of the ME Church from which the funeral services were held at 10 o’clock Tuesday morning after which interment was made in Riverside cemetery.   ---transcribed by kbz
