CHAPMAN, Frank L. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Frank L. Chapman, 73 of 505 N. Third St, Attica died Monday in Davis Township, Fountain County near West Point.  A native and life resident of Attica he attended Attica HS.  Mr. Chapman formerly transported mail from the Attica depot to the Attica Post Office several years.  He later worked as a custodian at the post office before retiring.  An Army veteran of World War II he was a member of the United Methodist Church, VFW Post 3318, Attica and American Postal Workers Union 2580.  His marriage was in 1942 in Williamsport to Louvina Bunch who survives.  Also surviving are a stepson, Hubert Buster of Attica; one stepdaughter, Mrs. James (Lucille) Cunningham also of Attica; a brother, Charles Russell Chapman of Lafayette; and one sister, Mrs. Mamie King Levasseur of Rt 4, Attica. – kbz
