Attica – Harold L. Catterson, 42, of Attica, died Sunday afternoon in Community Hospital, Williamsport, shortly after being admitted. He had suffered a heart attack in his automobile near West Lebanon en route to Danville, Ill. Born near Marshall, he was married in 1951 to Katherine Farmer of Attica. For five years he had been employed in the Harrison Steel Casting Plant and was a member of Attica Methodist Church and Moose Lodge. Surviving besides his widow are three sisters, Mrs. Telsie Van Lien of Marshall; Mrs. Viola Meyers of Rockville and Mrs. Lena Chappelle of Jeffersonville and two brothers, Ransom Catterson of Clinton and Glen Catterson of Rockville.

Funeral Notices – Catterson, Harold L. Friends may call at Merryman Funeral Home, Attica after 7:30 p.m. Monday. Services at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Attica Methodist Church, Rev. Wilbert Littrell officiating. Burial in Riverside Cemetery.

Harold L. Catterson, 42, electrician at Harrison Steel Castings Co for five years was stricken with a heart attack, en route to Danville, Ill Sunday and was rushed to Community Hospital in Williamsport where he died at 2:30 p.m.  Mr. Catterson had worked until noon Sunday and started to Danville.  He was born May 9, 1912 at Marshall, Ind son of George and Amanda Catterson who preceded him in death.  He married Katherine Farmer of Attica, Dec 23 1951 and she survives. Mr. Catterson was a member of the Attica Dec 23, 1951 and she survives.  Mr. Catterson was a member of the Attica Methodist Church and the Attica Moose Lodge.  Also surviving are three sisters: Mrs. Telsie Van Lien of Marshall, Ind; Mrs. Viola Myers of Rossville, Ind and Mrs. Lena Chappelle of Jefferson, Ind. – kbz
