CARR, Wilma Jones - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Wilma Winifred Carr of Attica, age 78, died Tuesday morning, August 31, at her home. She was born at Tilton, Illinois, February 6, 1909, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Winifred Jones. February 16, 1938, she married Paul W. Carr, who died June 31, 1976. A resident of Attica for 61 years, she was formerly a clerk in the Vogue Dress Shop

  Survivors include two daughters, Janice LeCleir of Attica and Joyce Haniford of Boswell; a sister, Zelva Erickson of Villa Grove, Illinois; and four grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. Kenneth Burris officiating. Burial was in the Attica Catholic Cemetery.- thanks to S
