-- Mr. Turman announced the death of his predecessor, Mr. RW Lyon and that of
Mr. Andrew M. Carnahan, Representative from Fountain County and offered the
following resolutions which were adopted:
Resolved that the Senate has heard with deep sensibility the annunciation of the demise of Hon. Robert W. Lyon, late State Senator of Fountain County, also with like sensibility the annunciation of the demise of Hon. Andrew M. Carnahan (House), Representative for Fountain County to the Legislature of last winter.
