CARLSON, Emma Larson - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica - Mrs. Emma Albertina Carlson, age 72, of Attica Rt. 1, died about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, in Community Hospital at Williamsport. A farm wife, she was born in Warren County on Oct. 11, 1889, to Otto F. and Johanna Anderson Larson, natives of Sweden. She married Frans Carlson at Chicago and he survives. She had resided 38 years at the rural address. Surviving with the husband are a son, Clarence and a daughter, Pauline, both at home. Also surviving are three brothers, Oscar of Attica and Edwin and Lawrence of Attica Rt. 1, and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Nelson of Lafayette Rt. 2. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Attica. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the DeSutter Funeral Home in Attica. The Rev. Henry C. Stolldorff officiated. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery.
