CAMPBELL, Cedric - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Cedric Campbell of Anderson, formerly of Veedersburg, age 71, died Wednesday, September 28, in Community Hospital at Anderson. He was born at Veedersburg, August 14, 1912, the son of Charles and Naomi Read Campbell. October 2, 1937, he married Mary E. Rich, who survives. A member of Veedersburg Christian Church, he had worked at General Motors Delco Remy Division at Anderson for 27 years, retiring in 1976.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Linda Simon of Fort Wayne; a son, Charles A. of Norman, Oklahoma; and four granddaughters.

  Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. William Ringgold officiating. Burial was in Osborne Prairie Cemetery.
