Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Campbell who died at her home Tuesday, Jan. 28, were held at the DeVerter Funeral Home, 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 30. Mrs. Campbell, 37, resided at 1116 Commercial St. in Covington.

Born Dec. 11, 1937, in Scottsville, Va., she was the daughter of Fred and Etherl Carter Holt, who survive in Madison, Ind. On June 14, 1958, in Madison she was married to Don P. Campbell, an attorney, who survives.

For the past year, Mrs. Campbell was secretary for Community Action for Fountain, Warren, Vermillion and Parke Counties.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Coffeenians, both of Covington.

Other survivors include two daughters, Dawn and Jodi Beth, both at home; a sister, Mrs. Peggy Goffinet of Jeffersonville; and two brothers, Robert Holt of New Wilmington, Pa. and Fred Holt Jr. of Louisville, Ky.

Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery with the Rev. Robert H. Miller officiating. – thanks to S
