BYERS, William R. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

William R. Byers of Attica, age 57, died Thursday morning, July 21, at his home. He was born near Boswell, February 7, 1926, the son of Bradley O. and Coralie York Byers. He was married to Betty Bisel. Byers attended school at Covington and was formerly employed at National Homes Corporation and Alcoa in Lafayette.

  Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Harriett of Logansport; two sons, Larry of rural Oxford and Terry of rural Pine Village; a sister, Bobette McNamara of Elgin, Illinois; a brother, Robert of Attica; and five grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. Eugene Rapson officiating. Burial was in Fowler Cemetery. – thanks so much to S
