Phrana E. Butler, 76, 2507 Everett Drive, Crawfordsville, a retired store clerk, died at 11:40 p.m. Monday, July 28, in her home following a lingering illness….She was born Sept. 25, 1909, near Wallace.. She had been a resident of Crawfordsville most of her lifetime. She was married Oct. 12, 1929, to Merrill Arthur Butler, who preceded her in death Nov. 19, 1978….She had worked in a number of different stores in Crawfordsville and retired in 1975 from the Golden Rule store....Surviving are a brother, Paul Spragg, Route 3, Crawfordsville, and one sister, Mrs. Oma Carter, Kingman….-- thanks, Cheryl- greatly appreciated :)
