Attica – James Carroll (Doc) Burlington, 59 of Attica R 4, died at 2 p.m. Thursday in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis where he was a patient a month. Born in Attica, he was educated at Indiana University and was employed in the advertising department of the Current-Argus newspaper at Carlsbad, NM until returning here two years ago to make his home with his mother, Mrs. J. Roy Burlington, widow of an Attica physician. He was a veteran of World War II and while at Indiana University he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and Skull and Crescent honorary.
