BULLOCH, Ruth Roach - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg — Mrs. Ruth Bullock, 76, former resident of Veedersburg, died at her farm home near Rossville, Ind., Wednesday night (April 23, 1969). Death was attributed to a stroke. Born in Veedersburg Oct. 15, 1892, she was the daughter of Louis and Lucinda Woodward Roach. She was married in 1913 to Benjamin Bullock, who died in 1956. Mrs. Bullock attended Veedersburg schools, graduating from high school in 1911. She later taught school in the area elementary grades. Survivors include two sons, Russell and Marvin, both of Rossville; a daughter, Maxine at home; three grandchildren, and two brothers, Edgar Roach of Veedersburg and Raymond Roach of Dinuba, Calif. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home in Rossville. Burial will be in Rossville. Friends will be received at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
