Veedersburg – Till W. Brewer, 84 year old retired Nickel Plate Road employee, died at 5 p.m. Friday in the Rudisill Nursing Home at Covington. He had been in failing health the last two years, his condition becoming serious three weeks ago. Born in Parke County Nov. 19, 1879, he was a son of Scott and Margaret Arasmith Brewer. He was wed June 1, 1911 to Jennie Leonard, who survives. Also surviving are four children, Mrs. Helen Reno of St. Louis, Mrs. Thirza Keeling and Mrs. Vivian Keeling of Veedersburg and Leonard, at home; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and a brother, Elmer Brewer of Sacramento, Calif. The body is at the Fishero Funeral Home, where friends may call after 6 p.m. Saturday. Funeral rites are set for 2 p.m. (EST) Monday at the funeral home with Rev. August Stork the minister. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery.

Veedersburg – Funeral services for Till W. Brewer, retired railroad employee, were held Monday afternoon at the Fishero Funeral Home with Rev. August Stork in charge. Interment was in Rockfield Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Owen Keeling, Hardy Keeling, Richard Keeling, Dean Keeling, James Simpson and Dean Helms. Requested organ selections played by Mrs. Gretchen Minnick included “Beyond the Sunset” and “Rock of Ages”.
