BREWER, Larry J. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

VEEDERSBURG — Larry J. Brewer, 52 of Veedersburg, died, at 2:19 p.m. at St. Vincent Hospital in Williamsport on June 18. He was born in Danville, Ill. September 4, 1949 to Dale and Josephine Horton Brewer. He was married November 25, 1977 in Veedersburg to Clenna Layman, she survives. He is also survived by a daughter Marissa Brewer of Veedersburg, two brothers Howard of Veedersburg and John of Kingman. He was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and his parents. Mr. Brewer formally worked as a rest area attendant for C.A.R.S. He was a member of the Sterling Christian Church in Veedersburg. The body will be cremated. A memorial service was held June 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sterling Christian Church in Veedersburg, with Rev. Gary Johnson officiating. There will be no visitation. Preferred memorials to the Sterling Christian Church or Christian Campus Ministries. Dickerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. – jlr
