Veedersburg - Edgar E. Breeding, Rt. 4, Veedersburg, died at Community Hospital, Williamsport, Oct. 1, 12:30 p.m., where he had been a patient for two weeks. He had been in ill health for a year and half. Mr. Breeding was born at Milford, Ill. on Feb. 16, 1885, the son of Thomas and Clara Nunnamaker Breeding. He was a retired farmer, having retired about two years ago. He farmed many years in Hoopeston and Rossville, Ill., areas before coming to Indiana. He was a graduate of John Greer College at Hoopeston. He was a member of the Sterling Christian Church in Veedersburg. He was married at Onarga, Ill., on June 14, 1913, to Hilda J. Reininger, who survives. Surviving with the widow are one son, Clifford Breeding of Attica; one daughter, Mrs. Max Anderson, of Hoopeston, Ill., three grandchildren and one great grandson. One brother, Otto Breeding of Milford, Ill., died July 11, 1967. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday in the DeSutter Chapel, Attica, with Rev. Bill G. Wilhite of the Sterling Christian Church officiating. Interment was in East Lynn Cemetery in East Lynn, Ill.
