Waynetown March 15 - Last night between 12 and 1 o'clock the spirit of HH Brant passed away at his home in the north part of town. About 12 days ago he was taken seriously ill and shortly after had a slight stroke of paralysis. From this latter he recovered sufficiently tao talk but kept getting weaker until death. He was near his 70th birthday and has lived all his years in and near Waynetown being identified with its business interests for several years. For more than 40 years he has been on eof the leaders of the Missionary Baptist Church here and was prominent in its councils. He was also a member of the IOOF and K of P lodges. He leaves a wife and one daughter, the wife of Charlie Dwiggens four grandsons and one great granddaughter. Arrangements have not been made for the funeral services yet. - kbz
