WILLIAM BOYER, Dec. 16, 1840 at Pine Village, Ind., and died at Harveysburg, Ind., aged 73 years and 4 months. He was the last member of his father’s family of nine children, except one sister, who lives near Attica, Ind. He leaves a wife, seven children and a number of grandchildren, besides numerous other relatives and friends to mourn his departure to the great beyond from whence no traveler ever returns, until the last trumpet shall sound, when all shall come forth to stand before the judgement seat of Christ, and there to render a strict account for things done in body, whether good or bad. Funeral services were conducted from the Harveysburg church at 2 o’clock P.M., Sunday, Rev. A. H. Rardin officiating. Interment was made in the Harveysburg cemetery. – s

The death of WM. BOYER occurred at his home in Harveysburg yesterday about noon following an illness of many months duration. He leaves a wife and several children, and was about 70 years of age. Funeral services will be held from the Harveysburg church Saturday afternoon. -- S
