Wallace, Nov 29 - Samuel Bowman, 84, lifelong resident of the Wallace community died suddenly Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock of a heart attack in Covington. Mr. Bowman was born near Wallace, August 30, 1862, the son of Dennis and Isabel Wert Bowman. He was a bachelor. Surviving are two brothers, George Bowman of Frankfort and Alva Bowman of near Wallace. Funeral services will be held at the Lutheran Church near Wallace Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial in the cemetery adjoining the church. The body will be at the Grenard & Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown until time for the services.
