Veedersburg - — Lloyd M. Bowman died at his home here Thursday at 12:30 p. m. while seated at the dinner table. He had been ill three months suffering from a heart ailment. Born May 4, 1884 in Topeka, Kan., he was the son of Frank and Rebecca Grigson Bowman and moved to Veedersburg as a child with his parents. He was married in 1907 to Nellie Housts who survives. Surviving in addition to his wife are four sons, Martin of Portland, Ore., Lloyd of Chicago, Ralph of Marion and Donald of Veedersburg; and two daughters, Mrs. Anna Coleman of Ridge Farm, Ill., and Mrs. Dorothy First of Danville, Ill. Three sons preceded him in death. Mr. Bowman was a retired employee of the Nickel Plate Railroad. He was a member of the Veedersburg Christian Church. Fishero Funeral Home will be in charge of the services. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
