WILLIAMSPORT — Ivey Irene (Cunningham) Bowman, 74, 105 Brown St., Williamsport, died at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006 in her residence. She was born June 21, 1932 in Washington, Ind., the daughter of John P. and Mary Etta (Doane) Cunningham. She married Harlan Bowman in Washington. He preceded in death. She was raised in Washington, attending Washington High School. She formerly lived in Attica and had resided in Williamsport the past 23 years. She worked as a certified nursing assistant at the Williamsport Health and Rehabilitation Center for several years, retiring in 1997. She enjoyed working with plastic canvas and working puzzles and crossword puzzles. She enjoyed listening to country and gospel music. Survivors include: two daughters, Anda Kay (Jim) Hardy, Montgomery and Robin Colleen Russell, Washington; three sisters, Emma Hunter, Cita, Fla., Joella (Gordon) Edwards, Brook, and Frances Russell, Washington. She was also preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, and three sisters. There will be no services scheduled. Her request was for direct cremation. Maus Funeral Home, Attica, was in charge of arrangements. – jlr
