Covington – Mrs. Matilda Bowers, 77, widow of John Bowers died at her home here at 3 p.m. Saturday. Mrs. Bowers who was born Oct 12, 1868 is survived by two sons, Harry of Covington and Peter of Indianapolis. Service were to be held from the Crumley Chapel at 2 p.m. Monday with Dr. Morris J. Morgan, pastor of the Methodist Church officiating. Interment in Mt. Hope cemetery. – kbz
