BOWERS, Leslie - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Leslie Bowers, 58, born and reared in Hillsboro, died after a three weeks illness from a heat ailment at his home in North Adams, Mich.  Funeral services and burial was held in North Adams last Thursday.

Mr. Bowers was the son of Warren C. and Leona Ellis Bowers who resided in Hillsboro for a number of years.   Later the family moved to Colfax, Ind.,

and then to North Adams.

Survivors include the widow, a son and four grandchildren.  Also surviving are his father, residing at Kingman; a sister, Mrs. Ed Gabbard of North

Adams and a nephew.   His mother preceded him in death.

Miss Vessie Jones and Glover Lee Ellis of Crawfordsville attended the funeral services. --- kbz
