BOUGHNER, Charles E. - WWII

 Charles E. Boughner, 69, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, died Monday, November 7, at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
  He was born February 19, 1914 in Covington, the son of Roy and Hazel Martin Boughner. He married Mable Thompson on March 1, 1946, who survives. He was retired from Danville veterans Administration Medical Center and was vice-resident of Shepard Lincoln-Mercury of Danville until he retired in 1978.
  He was a veteran of World War II and Korean War, member of Danville Elks Lodge 332 and Curtis G. Redden American Legion Post 210, Danville.
  Other survivors include his mother, Hazel Reed of Hillsboro; a son, Thomas Boughner of Fithian, Illinois; two daughters, Janice Hoggard of Hattiesburg and Deborah Stewart of South Carolina; a brother, George Reed of Blackhawk; three sisters, Dorothy Farrar of Catlin, Illinois, Edna Burris of Fairmount, Illinois, and Delores Bowman of Hillsboro; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Reed Boughner.
