Attica – Juanita Laura Brown Booth, 97,
formerly of Attica died at 4:50 Thursday Dec 20, 2007 in the Waters of Williamsport.
Born south of Otterbein in Warren County on April 12, 1910, she was the
daughter of the late Levi M. and Laura L. McKinnis Brown. She had lived several
years in Pine Village, graduating from PVHS in 1930. She moved to Attica in 1968 and later lived
in Idaville until moving into the nursing center in Williamsport. She was
married to Asher Booth Aug 20, 1934. They were divorced. Mrs. Booth had worked
as a secretary for the Lafayette Painters and Allied Trades, retiring in 1972. She was a member of Attica-Williamsport
Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star and Pythian Sisters Lodges of Pine Village.
Her hobbies crocheting and ceramics. Surviving are a son, Forrest “Jack” Booth
(wife: Janet) of Tab and a daughter, Sandra Barnard (husband: Ross) of Idaville.

Home, Attica from 1 p.m until the service time at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec 26,
Pastor Daniel Bloesch officiating. Interment Pond Grove Cemetery, Otterbein. Surviving are four grandchildren: Kelley Fry;
Christopher Booth; Kamela DeSutter and Susie Coverdale; 7 great
grandchildren. A sister, Thelma Eberly
and three brothers, Charles, Frank and Emil “Bus” Brown preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions are preferred to the Attica-Williamsport Presbyterian
