Mildred M. Booe, 81, Veedersburg, died 7:17 a.m. Monday in Provena RMC, Attica and was manager of Payton's Restaurant, Veedersburg. She was born July 9, 1920 at Waynetown to Ivan and Nora Mae Stevens Krout. She married Charles W. Booe on Nov 20, 1937 at Veedersburg. He is deceased. Survivors include two sons, Tom and Rick, both of Veedersburg; two daughters, Norma Jean Freeman and Sandra Spear, both of Veedersburg; two brothers, Keith Krout, Veedersburg and Clarence Krout, Covington; a sister, Judy Dodson, Attica; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. Three sisters, six brothers and a great grandchild are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday in Dickerson Funeral Home, 303 N Main St, Veedersburg with Rev. David Frazeur officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
