Sophronia Booe, daughter of Jess Inlow & Sina Furr Inlow was born on the old Inlow homestead, Fountain County, Ind Nov 4, 1856. She departed this life at her home in Veedersburg on Nov. 13, 1937 at the age of 81 years and 9 days. She grew to womanhood in the vicinity of her birth and married Tilghman H. Booe in 1875. Their bodies now rest in Rockfield Cemetery. Mrs. Booe was also preceded in death by three sisters, Ann Ward, Jennie Shoaf and Belle Reath, and by one brother, Ora (Ned) Inlow. She is survived by one brother, Mark Inlow, of Danville, Ill; and one daughter, Sina Ross, of Winter Haven Florida and by many other relatives and a host of friends. Mrs. B. was a faithful and conscientious member of the Christian Church; true to the teachings of her church and liberal in its support. She has gone to join the dead...
