Waynetown - Adam Bond, 44, of Rt 2, Waynetown, a farmer died Tuesday evening in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis where he had undergone surgery. He was born Sept 11, 1928, a son of Adam and Delsie Pratt Bond. On March 21, 1950, he was married to Carolyn Hayworth who survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Shirley jessie and Mrs. Sheila Jessie, both of New Ross; Mrs. Sharon Hankins of Jamestown and Mrs. Charolet Bell of Ft. Myers, Fla; a son, Carl Norman at home; 3 brothers, Donald of Rt 2, Kingman; Russell of Lafayette and Marvin of Rockville; a sister, Mrs. Chloris Lewis of Rt 2, Kingman and 3 grandchildren. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Woodrow Funeral Home at Kingman with Rev. Leon Korb officiating. Burial will be in Ephlin Cemetery near Tangier. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. today.
