Mrs. Mary Lucinda Boggs, 76 of 1320 Fifth St died at 4:10 a.m. Monday at St. Elizabeth Hospital following an illness of one year. She had been hospitalized two months. Mrs. Boggs was born Dec 6, 1878 daughter of Patrick and Naomi Fulton Roach in Oakwood, Mo. She was married Nov 16, 1910 in Danville to Ambrose E. Boggs who survives. Also surviving are three brothers, Frank and Isaac Roach of Williamsport and Jim Roach of Covington and a sister, Pearl Peters of Covington. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles. Mrs. Boggs was a member of the Methodist Church. Services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the Hegg Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. – kbz
