John Blunt, 72, Wabash Township farmer died at his home at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Mr. Blunt was born Feb 16 1881 in Wabash Township, Fountain County son of John and Catherine (Patton) Blunt. Surviving is a brother, Arthur of Covington Rura Route. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister. Mr. Blunt was a member of Coal Creek EUB Church, Unity Lodge 344, F&AM at Perrysville. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home with Rev. Mulenaux of Perrysville officiating. Burial will be in Hicks Cemetery at Perrysville. – kbz
