Funeral services for Dwight Black, 62, a former resident of Hillsboro who died at his home in College Corner, Ohio were held Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. in College Center. He had been in ill health for the past six months. Mr. Black was a blacksmith by trade and during the time he resided in Hillsboro he was engaged in the blacksmith business with the late Charles Applegate. Mr. Black is survived by his widow, one son and three daughters, all of the children being married. Mr. and Mrs. Cleve Walker of Hillsboro who formerly resided at College Corner attended the funeral service.
